Over the past few months I’ve been working with an amazing illustration agency - Watermark Creative, Phillip and Dave are clever and generous guys running a killer business.

The coolest thing about working with a business like this, is they are proven, solid creatives, with a great reputation in the market, so everything I bring works better and faster because the market already knows they are doing good stuff.

We’ve worked with Hayden for the last few months and have found him incredibly helpful.

When you’re a small business owner, you often get caught in the weeds of the everyday running of the business, and it can be hard to step back and look at the business objectively. 

We needed someone who could sit down with us and give us some perspective and help us develop a beacon to aim for.

What sets Hayden apart is that he takes a genuinely holistic approach.

Messaging, positioning, outreach, sales, offer structure, client perception, and how every touchpoint connects together.

He’s constantly looking at the bigger picture and how all the moving parts combine to create a clear and cohesive message about the business.

But what really struck me was how well he listens. He takes the time to properly understand your business and always comes back with insights and ideas that are tailored to you and how you operate.

We’ve tried a lot of different approaches over the years, but Hayden is the first person who genuinely understands the creative industry and the unique challenges that come with it.
